Refund policy
PLEASE NOTE: Each bag and item is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our hands. No two hides are the same, and all pieces are hand sewn and hand carved/tooled. Natural variations in leather and cowhide are expected and are part of what makes your piece one of a kind. Photos of the exact product are posted for sale whenever applicable.
Returns & Store Credit
At East Coast Carry, we stand behind every bag, every buckle, and every stitch. While we are a small business, we believe in making things right while protecting the integrity of our handcrafted goods.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags must be attached.
- Items must be free of odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).
- Dust bags and original packaging must be included if applicable.
- Custom, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To request a return, email us at info@eastcoastcarry.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will send you return instructions.
Refund Method
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Store credit will be sent via email once the item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and make it right.
