This sculptural sterling silver torque necklace is signed AP and stamped STERLING, attributed to Navajo silversmith Alice Platero. The front is formed with graduated, radiating silver elements that come together in a dramatic V at the center, creating an incredible statement piece even worn completely on its own.
The rigid open-back collar sits high around the neckline, somewhere between jewelry and wearable silverwork. The oxidization and patina have been left intact, giving the sterling the character you want to see in a vintage piece.
